charge, regardless of whether the information
is unique and proprietary or common
knowledge.

Should you be found in violation of
#1 you agree to appear before a board
of arbitration in Dallas, TX at your
own expense and adhere to the verdict
of the board. You agree to do this in
lieu of court within 60 days of written
notice. By any failure to appear, you
agree to pay damages of $20,000 to Higher
Response Marketing Inc. within 120 days
from the date of written notice.
3.
You agree not to file any counter charges
or claims against HIgher Response Marketing
Inc.
4.
This is agreement is between you, the
purchaser, and Higher Response Marketing,
Inc.
5.
Should any clause in this agreement
be found to be in violation of any law,
it will not void any of the other provisions
or the agreement as a whole.
6.
You agree not to pass along the ebook
or contents thereof to any other third
party.
7.
The terms of this agreement may be amended
or updated with out notice.

You further agree to the following terms.
Any
statistics quoted in this letter
are based on third party research. Because
I quote a statistic does not necessarily
mean I have validated that particular
piece of information in my business
or in the businesses of my customers.
Having said that, these statistics are
commonly held as true by the peers I
associate with in this business.
Any
and all claims or representations
made in this letter are to be considered
exceptional results by talented individuals
who actually use the information, NOT
the average result of anyone who buys
the product. This applies especially
to those who buy the product but do
not read it, apply it or follow directions
only partly. For example, because it's
possible to create a product in 2 or
3 hours that sells for $97.00, does
not mean you personally will be able
